This is the booking deposit for your reservation at the Skytree Apartment.
Please note the following:
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
After you move in, the booking deposit will be converted into a security deposit.
If there is no damage to the apartment and no items are missing, the full deposit will be refunded after check-out.
In case of damage, excessive dirt, or lost keys, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the deposit.
