Lease & Payment

How to Secure the Lease

• A holding deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• The deposit can be paid by credit card, Wise, Revolut, or bank transfer

​

Payment Terms

• Please pay the first month’s rent in cash or by bank transfer before your move-in date.

• From the second month onward, rent must be paid by bank transfer or in cash at least seven days before the monthly move-in date.

 

Holding Deposit Policy

• Your deposit is non-refundable.

• After move-in, the holding deposit will be converted into the security deposit.

• The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if there are no unpaid charges, damages, or other obligations.

• In case of unpaid rent, damages, or other obligations, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Booking Date Policy

• The move-in date cannot be changed once the booking deposit has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by us.

• Any request to change the move-in date will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit is non-refundable.

• Extensions may be possible subject to availability.
