Booking & Payment

How to Book

• A booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer

Payment Terms

• Please pay the first month’s rent in cash or by bank transfer before your move-in date.

• From the second month onward, rent must be paid by bank transfer or in cash at least five days before the monthly move-in date.

 

Booking Deposit Policy

• Your deposit is non-refundable.

• After move-in, the booking deposit will be converted into the security deposit.

• The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out if there are no unpaid charges, damages, or other obligations.

• In case of unpaid rent, damages, or other obligations, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Important Notice: Building Renovation Work 

Please note that there will be renovation work taking place in the building between October 2025 and April 2026.
The work includes exterior wall repainting and door replacement etc, and scaffolding will be set up around the building.

During this period, there may be some noise and paint odors during the daytime, and natural light may be reduced due to the scaffolding.
